I am a clinical psychologist providing support to older adolescents and adults, both online and in-person. I am passionate about assisting people to overcome challenges that keep them from living a full and rewarding life. Whether you’re navigating low mood, self-doubt, or the impacts of trauma, I provide a safe and compassionate space to explore your concerns and work towards meaningful change.
I work with people experiencing difficulties such as:
• Low mood and feeling down
• Feelings of guilt, inadequacy, worthlessness, or “not being enough”
• Trauma / Post-traumatic stress
• Consuming worries or fears
• Over-thinking or over-analysing
• Low self-esteem and self-confidence – this can also be experienced as difficulties with your own self-image, self-criticism, self-worth or self-doubt
• Fatigue, low energy levels, or emotional exhaustion
• Sleep concerns
• Feeling overwhelmed or stressed
I am experienced in working with a wide variety of emotional and personal challenges, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, difficulties adjusting to life changes, grief and loss, relationship issues, family difficulties, low self-esteem, and stress management.
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy with the goal of strengthening and nourishing your self-understanding and providing practical skills to help you achieve change, healing and growth. My therapeutic style is compassionate and collaborative and I draw upon evidence-based treatment approaches, including: Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
