Lina is a clinical psychologist and Board-Approved Supervisor with a warm and authentic approach. She aims to make you feel safe, heard and understood and to help you make changes that reduce symptoms and enrich your life.
Lina sees adult clients (18+) with concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress and trauma. Lina tailors therapy to each individual, using Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) frameworks. Lina tries to keep therapy conversation casual and always works with you to come up with goals for therapy.
Lina has completed a Master in Clinical Psychology at Griffith University and is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia, as well as a member of the Australian Psychological Society. Lina is also a Board-Approved Supervisor and can provide supervision for psychology postgraduate students
I have a special interest in complex-PTSD and anxiety disorders.
