I am a registered psychologist who is passionate about providing evidence-based, compassionate, and practical support. I work with adults, offering a warm, grounded, and collaborative therapy style. My approach centres on helping people understand their experiences, build meaningful skills, and create sustainable change.
I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I place strong emphasis on tailoring treatment to each person’s goals, values, and strengths.
My clinical background includes experience across private psychiatric hospital settings, public health services, and university training clinics. I have a keen interest in supporting individuals with anxiety, low mood, trauma-related concerns, and autism.
I aim to create a space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
I’m committed to making therapy feel accessible, supportive, and genuinely useful. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative, with a focus on helping clients build insight while also developing practical strategies that make day-to-day life easier.
Outside the therapy room, I enjoy being active – surfing, going for walks, and playing music with friends. I value balance, curiosity, and continuous learning, and these values shape both my personal life and my clinical work. I take care to understand each client’s unique strengths, history, and environment, recognising that no two people present in the same way.
I work with integrity and transparency, aiming to empower clients to make informed decisions about their wellbeing. My goal is for people to walk away from sessions feeling more grounded, capable, and understood.
